You can look at the years of experience on the profile, the massage types the therapist specializes in, the place of service (their own studio or your address) and the verification badges. The "Identity Verified" and "Tested Service" badges are the strongest trust signals. Clarifying your expectations by phone before the session is also important for a good match.
Bookings are not made through the platform; masoz.app is a guide. You contact the therapist directly with the phone or WhatsApp button on the profile page you like, and plan the day and time with them. Since there is no intermediary, changes and cancellations are also discussed directly with the therapist.
This badge shows that the therapist has completed the optional identity (KYC) verification process: the identity document has been checked by the editorial team and matched with the person on the profile. The badge is the platform's most basic assurance that the profile belongs to a real person.
A badge given to therapists whose service our editorial team has personally tested. These profiles also include a detailed editorial review with the team's observations. On a platform without user reviews, this badge is the most concrete signal about service quality.
Each therapist sets their own session fee; experience, district, massage type and place of service (studio or traveling to your address) are the main factors affecting the price. The current fee is clearly shown on each profile.
Contact is entirely direct: you reach the therapist themselves using the phone or WhatsApp details on the profile. The platform does not step in, does not relay your messages and is not a party to your conversations. This way you clarify every detail, such as the appointment, price and address, first-hand.
If you are an independent massage therapist, you can submit your application from the "Create a Profile" page. Your profile is reviewed by the editorial team before it goes online; the application terms are explained on the Application Terms page.
The platform does not collect personal data from visitors unless it is necessary; only the profile information that therapists themselves approve is published, and the full address is not shown on any page. Data is stored encrypted on a secure cloud infrastructure located abroad. Details are on the Privacy Policy page.
Fake reviews and rating manipulation are the problem that erodes trust the most in guides like this, so we deliberately do not include user reviews. Evaluation is done only by the editorial team and is published on profiles with the "Tested Service" badge.
Be careful: asking for a money transfer before the appointment as a deposit, advance payment or "travel fee" is a common scam method. Always pay at the time of service, in person. If you come across a profile that asks for an IBAN or bank transfer before meeting, do not pay and report it to us through the "Report a Violation" page; the profile is reviewed and removed if a violation is found.
