How We Verify

Trust is the foundation of this platform. We are not an intermediary or an agency. We build trust by putting every profile through editorial review before it goes online, verifying the identities of therapists who choose it and awarding badges according to defined criteria. Below we explain this process transparently.

How Does a Profile Go Online?

  1. 1

The therapist opens an account and enters their profile details (area, service types, working hours, price).

  2. 2

If they wish, in the identity verification (KYC) step they upload an official identity document through a secure, encrypted flow. This step is optional and exists for the trust badge.

  3. 3

Our editorial team reviews the profile and documents editorially and checks compliance with the content guidelines and rules.

  4. 4

The approved profile goes online; a therapist whose identity is verified carries the "Identity Verified" badge.

What Do the Badges Mean?

Each badge on the profile cards represents a different layer of verification.

Identity Verified

The therapist's identity details are recorded and checked in our system.

The therapist uploads an identity document (ID card, passport or residence permit) through the secure KYC flow. Documents are stored encrypted; only authorized members of our team can access them, for review purposes. The badge is granted once the name and the document are confirmed to be consistent.

Photo Verified

The profile photos have been assessed as belonging to the person providing the service.

Our editorial team reviews the uploaded photos for a generic or stock-photo look, consistency and a match with the profile details. Suspicious photos or photos that do not belong to the person are rejected.

Tested Service

Our editorial team has written a quality assessment for this profile.

There is deliberately no user review or rating system (risk of manipulation). Instead, an editorial review is carried out: the service is evaluated, and only profiles with a positive outcome receive an editorial quality comment and the badge. Because capacity is limited, not every profile has it.

How to Find a Trustworthy Massage Therapist

Using the badges and the information on the profile, you can make a safe choice in five steps.

  1. 1

Compare profiles on the district page

Open the district page for your neighborhood and compare, side by side, the profiles showing years of experience, massage types and place of service.

  2. 2

    Check the badges

The "Identity Verified" and "Tested Service" badges are the strongest trust signals. You can find the criteria for each badge earlier on this page.

  3. 3

Confirm the price and place of service on the profile

The session fee, working hours and place of service (their own studio or your address) are clearly stated on every profile; do not trust a promise that is not on the profile.

  4. 4

    Clarify your expectations by phone

Before the appointment, confirm the scope, duration and fee of the session by phone or WhatsApp. A professional therapist answers these questions clearly.

  5. 5

Do not pay anyone who asks for a deposit or advance payment

A request for a money transfer before the appointment as a deposit, advance payment or "travel fee" is a common sign of a scam. Always pay at the time of service; if you encounter such a request, report it to us through the Report a Violation page.

Prohibited Content Policy

This platform is a guide for professional massage services only. No sexual service is offered, requested or implied. Profiles that violate this rule are removed following editorial review or a report; on repeated violation the account is closed permanently. We also expect visitors to follow this rule and not to make inappropriate requests.
