FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much can I earn as a massage therapist?
Your earnings depend entirely on you: you decide your price, working hours and number of sessions. No guarantee is given about earnings or the number of clients.
How long does my application take?
After you send your profile, our team reviews your account and profile together, usually within 1-2 business days. If they are found suitable, your profile goes online and we email you the result.
How do clients find me?
Once your profile is approved and goes online, it is listed in the guide by district and massage type. Clients reach you directly by phone and WhatsApp, and no one gets in between. No guarantee is given about the number of clients.
Can I work independently without depending on anyone?
Absolutely. masoz.app is not an agency or an employer, but an independent guide platform where you create your own profile. You decide your price, your area and your working hours entirely. You are your own boss.
Could my profile be rejected?
Profiles that contain false information, unlawful statements or inappropriate images are not approved. We will email you the reason, and you can correct the profile and submit it again.
Will the address of my home or workplace be published?
No. For your safety, only the district is shown (for example "Kadıköy"). Your full address does not appear on any page.
Do I need a certificate to be a massage therapist?
A massage certificate approved by the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB) is preferred, and your certificate and training information is highlighted on your profile page. If you do not have a certificate yet and want to test whether the profession suits you, you can also create a profile without one. If you get a certificate later, you can add that information to your profile.
Will I go to the client's home, or work at my own place?
It is entirely up to you. If you have your own space you can work there, otherwise you can go to the client's home or office. You can even do both. You state how you provide the service in your profile, and clients contact you accordingly.
How many hours a day do I need to work?
There is no mandatory working time. You are your own boss; do 2 sessions a day or 8, as you wish. You can update your working hours from your profile at any time.
Is masoz.app an agency?
No. masoz.app is not an agency or an employer, but a guide platform where independent massage therapists across Istanbul meet their clients. There is no intermediary between you and the client; the price, hours and terms are entirely yours.
